Payment:

1.PayPal are available for international customers. 
2.Commonwealth Bank is available for Australian customers. 
3.Alipay HK, PAYME, FPS are available for Hong Kong (region) customers. 

4.Alipay is available for China (region) customers.
 

Shipping:

1. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for your order to be fulfilled at our warehouse in addition to the estimated shipping time.Your item will be shipped out after the platform verified in 3-5 days, In special cases, maybe it will be 7-10 days.

2. We ship all of our items via ePacket,local Post Air Mail,DHL,TNT,UPS,EMS or Other Posts of Countries etc. Shipping by ePacket,Post Air Mail, usually it takes 20-70 days,Shipping by DHL, usually it takes 5-7 work days to arrive. It may take longer due to delay in Customs clearance, holidays, weather or the factors of force mature.

3. We will send you a tracking number after we ship your item, please check it and keep in touch with your local Post Office or Express office.

4. Please note that buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties and taxes for importation into your country. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments. The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for customs duties.


 

Return and Exchange:

1. 100% of all delivered items in good quality and under strict examination before shipped. We will try our best to avoid any quality problems.

7 DAYS RETURN POLICY

1. The Client shall forfeit the right to cancel Made-to-order items, and not allow to return or refund.  We shall arrange to return the purchased product to the sender. Therefore, we highly recommend our clients to be sure of their size before ordering the shoe.

2. If you are not satisfied when you receive your item "Ready to Wear"
, please return it within 7 days for a replacement or money back. Please contact us before you return the items. The Buyer should be sure that the items returned are in their original conditions. If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned, the buyer will be responsible for damaged or lost, we will not give the buyer a full refund. (Back and forth the transport expense should undertake by the buyer)

2.1 Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund. If you would like to exchange a shoe, please follow the same return process here and then place a new exchange order directly on our website. We appreciate your following this easy return process.

We are happy to return unworn items within 7 days when you receive your item. To complete a return, contect us request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please include:

•Name
•Address
•Email Address
•Order Number
•Item number(s) to return
•Reason for your return
We will provide you with an email that contains information on where returns should be shipped, the amount you will be refunded, a shipping label and the return package instructions.

Please note: Worn or scuffed merchandise cannot be returned for a refund. LAMINGTON.LEATHER will only accept unworn items with all original shoe box contents and packaging. Please use a soft surface such as rug or carpet to try on your shoes, which will easily scratch if you walk around on hardwood or concrete floors. Shoes with scuffed soles cannot be returned for a refund & Exchange.
